By checking the box below, you agree to the following terms: You are responsible for pickup of items ordered on the date and time specified, at our store in Easton, MD. You agree to pay for this order and orders will not be cancelled or modified without permission of the Bāgery.

We may ask that you pay for items prior to pickup and in those cases, we will invoice you. If you are invoiced, your order will not be put into production until the invoice is paid. Please note that this may effect your desired pickup date and time. In those instances, we will contact you to let you know the new pickup date and/or time.

The Bāgery reserves the right to modify or cancel your order without notice and without any compensation other than a refund for unfulfilled order items.
